What is the Contractor Attitude Survey?
Every year, we release the Contractor Attitude Survey to contractors to gather key insights and opinions on what’s happening in the industry. It’s your chance to share your story and how you’ve found working over the last year.
Once we have gathered enough data, we will be able to identify key trends within the industry. It will also help you to pinpoint any highlights and areas of concern.
Did last year’s survey reveal anything?
Last year gave us plenty of insights into the lives of contractors around the country. Last year, over 1800 contractors completed the survey, ensuring their thoughts, experiences and opinions were submitted. We gained plenty of useful data, including the following:
- Almost half (46.6%) of respondents work in the IT sector
- Most respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied with their daily rate
- Large businesses were the most popular option for respondents, with 79% of respondents declaring that their contract was for a business of this size
